Joyce Lynn Chandler
Joyce Lynn has been a resident of Dallas/ Richardson Texas since 1987. She is married to Steven Chandler, and mother of Annelise Chandler. She graduated from Saint Louis University and Saint Louis University School of Law, where she practiced law prior to moving to Dallas for a career in legal sales and training. Because of a life-long love of real estate, and because she fell in love with the city of Dallas, Joyce Lynn transitioned into real estate sales in 2004. She remains active in neighborhood HOA, school PTA, and various City of Richardson and PISD committees and volunteer organizations.
I am very passionate about what I do! I absolutely love helping Buyers purchase a fabulous home at a great value in a desired neighborhood. In representing Sellers, I strive to help them sell quickly, and to receive the highest possible price for their home.

Steve Chandler
Steve provides the backbone of the Joyce Lynn Chandler Team real estate business; managing the team’s technology, marketing and account management. Steve also brings 40 years of construction experience to the team. He has successfully started and operated various construction and remodeling businesses throughout the years, while also assisting Joyce Lynn with the start-up of her real estate business in 2005. The economic downturn of 2008 and the slow recovery made transitioning into real estate with his wife in 2010 an easy choice. Steve loves helping Buyers find the right house and right neighborhood at the right price! He is very happy to share his extensive housing knowledge with Buyers and Sellers and our clients very much appreciate his willingness to go above and beyond to assist them in any way possible. With Joyce Lynn’s legal background and strong sales and negotiating skills, and Steve’s extensive construction knowledge they truly provide unrivaled service to their clients.
