“Wow. What can we say about this agent? She was responsible, professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. From the minute we decided we wanted to sell our home she was available for all our questions and concerns. We were so pleased in fact that when it came time later to sell our old house, there was no question Joyce Lynn was going to get the listing: Once we bought our new place with Joyce Lynn’s help at the end of last year/2012, we got busy in 2013 making sure the old homestead would be tip-top for a quick sale. Joyce Lynn was pivotal in getting me on track doing the renovations I planned to make the place new again (she checked in all the time - I needed the kick). She provided valuable input on paint color schemes, flooring colors, as well as advised me on which of my projects made sense.
